How is it used?
Testosterone Enanthate is normally given by intramuscular injection.
In UK gender-affirming care, a commonly used starting regimen is 250 mg approximately every four weeks. The dose and interval are then individualised according to symptoms, treatment goals and blood-test results.
Some established patients may receive injections at shorter intervals, commonly within the 2–4 week range, where clinically appropriate.
There is no single dose that is correct for everyone. Treatment should be adjusted using testosterone levels and appropriate health monitoring rather than simply increasing the dose.
